Life Skills Development

Relapse Prevention

One of the biggest challenges in recovery is avoiding relapse. At Harmony House, we teach strategies that help you stay sober in the long run. Our relapse prevention program helps you understand what triggers a relapse and gives you the tools to avoid it.
